Rule 132
Repeal and save
(1) Serial No. 4, 6, 49, 50, 51 of Schedule-2 of Civil Service Rules, 2050 and (c) of Schedule 3 are repealed.
(2) The Nepal Health Service (Constitution, Group and Classification and Appointment) Rules, 2051 are repealed.
(3) Actions taken in accordance with the Civil Service Act, 2049 and the regulations made thereunder shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these regulations.
